Anatel Seeks Part of the Regulatory Responsibilities for Artificial Intelligence

The National Telecommunications Agency (Anatel) submitted an opinion, including proposed amendments, on the preliminary report prepared by Senator Eduardo Gomes (PL-TO) on Bill No. 2,338/2023, which addresses the regulation of the Artificial Intelligence environment.
